There is a mismatch between different occurrences of a repeating datapoint on a document. For example, the data extracted from the barcode does not match the printed data extracted from the ID.

The machine-readable zone (MRZ) checksum has an unexpected value.

The ID or selfie matches a previously uploaded selfie or ID but the corresponding personal data does not match.

The data in the human-readable zone (HRZ) and machine-readable zone (MRZ) of the ID do not match.

The ID data matches the data from a previous transaction that was labeled as fraud via the transaction feedback feature.

A significant mismatch between instances of a data field is detected.

A velocity of transactions from a common IP address has been detected.

A velocity of transactions from a common device has been detected.

The ID document matches with at least one past rejected transaction

The ID or selfie matches a previously uploaded selfie or ID with mismatching data

The device data matches with one or multiple transactions rejected in the past

The IP address matches with one or multiple transactions rejected in the past

There is a probable mismatch between different occurrences of a data field on a document

The data on the ID has failed validation checks in relation to field length, formatting or character type, etc.

The data in the machine readable zone (MRZ) or barcode was not readable
